We can provide cleaning services to help keep your accommodation up to a professional standard. We specialise in working with owners who have their own linen or are already using a linen supplier. If required K+Co can organise hired linen which would be billed at each clean.

We clean a number of locations in Mudgee and have been doing so for the last 3yrs. Our staff are skilled and experienced in exactly what it takes to provide a phenomenal service that will ensure your guests make a return visit. ​

What's included?

Standard changeover, when the house is left in a reasonable state.

It is our policy that all areas are cleaned to a high standard and are set in a presentable manner.  

• Strip and make beds

• Restock / Refill amenities (when below half full, if not single use)

• General cleaning of entire house, includes checking inside cupboards and drawers

• Spot clean glass sliding doors

• General dusting

• Sanitise high touch areas

• Vacuum and mop floors

• Blow verandas when needed

• Clean + tidy outdoor furniture

 

Regular Maintenance, performed when time permits

• Internal cobwebs

• Dusting (not scrubbing) blinds / window dressing

• Spot cleaning walls

• Visible skirting boards

• Wipe over BBQ (external)

• Empty fireplace in winter
